Problems with HK490 and JB007

I have in my HK490 and JB007 constantly Frezzer .
Today I even antenna realigned , unfortunately without success .
Have on both receivers it the latest software and C-line from produsat. A new LNB and new cable I have already installed.
Can it be that it is on my Fritzbox internet box?
I do not know how to continue.
