Oscam icam freezers solution

Hi,

I have Oscam 11718 with icam v9 and lot of freezers on icam channels and I am certain, that I am not the only one,,, No one is answering my mails and all threads here are being closed or deleted. It really doesn’t make fun to watch now. Is there finally any Troubleshooting Someone can share?

it gets stuck very often.
