Update Bouquet Maker Xtream V0.32 (Beta)

v.0.32 BouquetMakerXtream (beta)

• Fixed the playlists.txt reference for xtream urls. Query strings can now be any order and type and output can be excluded if you are lazy. I will write them in.
• Added SlykQ (xstreamity) skin
• Corrected the message pop up for name - minimum characters for name is 3 (not 2)
• Slightly adjusted the duplicate name check - hopefully it now doesn't trigger at the wrong time now
• Adjusted the unique reference number as used in the bouquet files for epgs. I don't think this will fix your issue, but you never know
• If your program crashes I have put a bit of code in to clean up the json file of the temp series data I write in there when building bouquets.
• Very slightly amended the autoupdate code - It pretty much is the same code as epgimporter so I don't know what is different if you say that works.
  The logic looks like if autoupdate hasn't ran within 24 hours and if the autostart time is within an hour of your set time. It should update.
• Changed "Automatic EPG download time" to "Automatic live bouquet update time"
• Rewrote and aligned the update code to be same as build bouquets. Same limits as previously mentioned
• added in the missing images for haze skin (hd / uhd)

And I highly advice you delete your existing json and epg files for this release. The epg refs are going to be different.
